RISE Gabon is an investment fund for infrastructure development in Gabon. The social capital of RISE Gabon is 60 million US dollars, divided between the two shareholders: the Republic of Gabon and the IsDB. The 3 approved projects are: The Owendo port bypass road project PK-15, The Libreville-Ndjolé railway duplication project, The Tséngue-Lélédi hydroelectric power plant project. RISE Gabon is a "Special Fund" that has the capacity to cover the entire project cycle, from the realization of feasibility studies, to the structuring of concessions, putting them out to market, supporting the development of projects in partnership with a technical developer and contributing to the financing of the project's debt.
